John Naccarato - Partner
An experienced lawyer with 35+ years in practice, the lion's share of which was as a senior Banking partner at CMS in London and as Head of Banking & Finance at PWC. As Chair of the Banking Department Know-how Committee, he was instrumental in driving the adoption and implementation of document automation at CMS. He now combines his extensive skills drafting legal agreements from a variety of disciplines with his technical skills automating complex legal documents.

Nancy was a practising transactional lawyer for 25+ years, the last 15 as an equity partner with international law firm CMS in London, and prior to that as an associate in White & Case’s NY and London offices. She has extensive experience of drafting and negotiating numerous types of complex legal documents, particularly those used in finance transactions, and now uses that expertise to automate documents using conditional logic and decision-tree analysis that replicates the drafting done by lawyers in early-stage contract negotiations.
